Coca-Cola plans to spend $5 billion in India to boost the amount of Coke consumed, which at the moment lags well behind rates in other countries.

Indians drink 12 eight-ounce servings of Coke a year compared with 90 globally and 403 in the U.S. http://on.wsj.com/LBqMZB
