                      The secret formula for losing weight and 
                      gaining health can be stated in two words.


                      Satiety is the first word. Hidden within the word satiety is the second part of the powerful formula. Very few experts provide the secret formula. Alas, it's so simple. Let me share it with you.

                      My story: I'm the accidental author of this book. After selling 3-million copies of my last book series, I never thought I would write another book. However, after viewing a one-hour video about the American food system, I became passionate about food, diet, health, and lifestyle changes.

                      After much research, I have 
                      simplified weight loss to

                      I identified a very simple method for losing weight and gaining health. You see: most people "buy into" failing myths:
                      • Eat Less, Exercise More (You can eat more)
                      • Everything in Moderation (Catchy phrase, but)
                      • Personal Responsibility (It's not your fault)
                      • A specific diet plan (diets do not work)
                      While this appears to be sound advice, for most people, it does not work. Sadly, we spend about $60-billion per year on diet-related products, have a 95% failure rate, and as a nation are becoming fatter and unhealthier.


                      I'm an author. I simplify things.

                      Through diet and exercise (no meds), I had a goal of losing weight and lowering my total cholesterol to 150. Many experts state: "To be heart attack proof, you need a total cholesterol of 150* or less".  We have been led to believe that the magic number is 200. That's not good enough. 

                      In less than three months, I had dramatic results. And, shortly thereafter I reached the magic number of 150 (a 25% drop).
