After researching and studying the American food system, a system that causes much chronic disease, I got pissed! I turned my anger into positive energy and created an incredibly simple methodology for losing weight and gaining health.
The great news: trite sayings like: Eat Less, Exercise More do not apply. You will be eating delicious foods and will never be hungry. Thus, willpower and deprivation play no role in this plan.
Ninety-five percent of people fail on diets because they are "toughing it out". Candidly, most diets are not sustainable.
