I watched this on PBS and found it fascinating. Based on the information, one exercise that I will add to my routine: A one-minute high-intensity stationary cycling routine (3-times per week). That's 12-minutes a month. And, based on the science in this report, it will assist in making a major health change. That's 12-minutes per month!

I marvel at the ability of my 18-month old grandson (that's not him) to do an amazing squat. Here's the perfect squat ... The WSJ has some slick way of finding a parking place quickly. Here's my advice: Look for a parking spot far from your end-point. Take a nice long walk. There are two benefits: 1) You will always be able to find a parking spot 2) You will get some exercise
