The information contained in this book and at my website have been, and continue to be, instrumental in obtaining my weight-loss and lifestyle goals.

These are my before and after test results from my physical.

My weight-loss and lifestyle changes resulted in very significant positive changes. 

As important as the test results, I have changed my eating habits, enjoy real food more, and physically and psychologically feel much better.

When I casually mentioned to my friend Robin: "My back feels much better." He replied: "Think about it: "You just took the equivalent of three bowling balls off your back!" I never thought of it like that.

As my doctor advised me, genetics does play a role with these types of lab results. It is important to note that based on your weight-loss and lifestyle change, the impact on your results will vary.

Note: The following changes took place over a 10-week time period. The results dated 12/31/2009 are additional tests that I took. Based on my research and lifestyle changes, I believed those numbers would change dramatically . . . and they did.
