I enjoy reading and listening to people who are Vegan and Paleo followers. They are very passionate about their lifestyle choice. Each believes the other lifestyle is not a healthy choice. However, in fact, much, certainly not all, of their diet and lifestyle choices are identical.

It is my contention, rather than fight like cats and dogs, how about admitting that most of the health benefits can be found in the common area? Just think how healthy our nation would be if we followed the common area. Our health disease system would be history.

As an aside, I am neither a Vegan or a Paleo follower. However, I live a very happy and healthy lifestyle. The solution? Follow the common area maintenance plan.

They just don't want to admit it.

No matter where your eating style is on this spectrum, if you are living a healthy lifestyle, here's the common ground.

Can't we all get along?
