Study: Jogging beats weight lifting for losing belly fat

I read this Headline in USA Today.  Here's the reason that it is a bunch of B.S. If you are leading a healthy lifestyle, you need to do aerobic exercise and weight training. Weight training is incredible for muscle development and bone density.

As we age, we lose bone density and muscle. Unfortunately, it happens to ladies many years before men. The bottom line: You are never too old to begin weight training. The benefits are amazing.

On a sad note: Many ladies are led to believe that they need a drug for osteopenia. However, osteopenia is a made up disease. Don't believe me? Check this out.

    That's a Bunch 
    of B.S.


    For many people, losing weight and living a healthy lifestyle is difficult. Much of the advice is a misdirection and a bunch of B.S. 

    This blog has been set up to dispel the misinformation and myths that many of us believe. My favorite: Eat Less, Exercise More. There are so many that it's comical. As I see them, I'll dispel 'em!
