Fortunately, I don't live in a "diet camp". I'm diet agnostic, because I know many different lifestyle plans work. Ironically, if health is the issue, both "diet camps" would agree with most of the overlapping area below. If they used that as a starting point, for the most part, the rest would be minutia. Oh yeah, where I state "no" below, it can be replaced with occasional or rarely and I'm not overly concerned with dairy. Bottom-line: processed food is a real problem area.
