Reason: After reading the nutrition label, I identified that it had 11 grams of sugar and not enough fiber and protein (4 grams and 5 grams respectively).
I recommend the bar Pure Protein. It's a few more calories, but it has 20 grams of protein. It will make you fuller longer than Fullbar and it has almost no sugar in it.
In fact, when I want a candy bar, I have the Pure Protein bar. Bye, bye Snickers, Milky Way, M&Ms, and all the other high calorie and high sugar products.
