Beyond all the crap and junk food that "we" eat, there is one other huge problem: The food and health elite rarely, if ever, ask that segment of the population: "Are you ready, willing, and able to make a change?"
So, we sit on our "bully-pulpit" yelling and screaming: "Make a change! It's for your own good. If you don't lose weight, you might get diabetes, have a heart attack or a stroke."
My recommendation: Let's ask these people if they are reading, willing, and able to make a change.
Many are not. So, let's stop "beating them up".
By the way, if you are thinking of going on a lifestyle change, you might want to answer these questions first.
