I'm sure that this cover and title will help sell a lot of magazines. However, sorry to say, diets don't work. However, lifestyle changes do. 

Unfortunately, American's spend $60-billion annually on diet-related products and have a 95% failure rate. By the way, this magazine will sell millions, but the dollar figure is not included in the above figure.

I wonder if this magazine used any airbrush techniques for this cover? LOL
