funny guy, did you know 0gm trans fat per serving really means less than .5 gm per serving TRANSLATED; a 9 OZ bag of chips can say 0gm trans fat while legally having 4.4gm per bag to still allow it a ultra long shelf life!?

Rick...Sad, but true. This one case where you must read the ingredients. If you see "partially hydrogenated", think trans fat.

Many packaged foods will even tout that they have zero trans fats, when in fact they do ... for example: Cheetos.
