Sorry Weight Watchers, but many foods should be off limits. And, a sugar-ladened cupcake is at the top of my list.

If you approach diet, health and lifestyle properly, the desire for many over-the-top foods disappear. 

As a side-note, if I desire a piece of cake, cupcake, donut, or ice-cream, I certainly could have one. It wouldn't derail my weight or health. However, those items have been replaced with equally delicious and much healthier foods.

Anyone who lives a healthy lifestyle consumes a tremendous amount of fruits and veggies. We already get the point.
