While over 7-million peeps have viewed this video, it would be stupid to spend money on this water. I've seen it in the stores for $1 - $1.89 per bottle. I recommend drinking a lot of water, however, for free.

Here's a shopping tip: When I do purchase bottled water, I get it at Lowe's (yes, the hardware store). Its water sells for 12-cents per bottle.

Whether you drink diet soda or the sugared stuff, replace it with sparkling water. Believe it or not, other than the high-intensity of the sugar or artificial sweetener, it will taste very similar.

Try it for a week. Most likely you won't miss the other stuff. In the past, I was a Diet Coke drinker. For the most part, I drink "plain old water", however, if I want the taste of carbonation, sparkling water "hits the spot".

We purchase about 500-million bottles of water every week. Sounds like a lot to me. Katie Couric discusses bottled water consumption with the producer of the movie Tapped and the head of the president of the International Bottled Water Association.

I drink a lot of water. So, to me, it's important to know if I should drink bottled or tap water. And away we go . . .
