I don't believe everything that I read. I don't follow that many people on Twitter, however, I get a lot of information/advice about better health. I decided to track a day's worth of "studies of the day".

Are you a believer in these tweets? Here's my approach: I eat a healthy diet and exercise. So, the "study of the day" does not have much impact.
