Which reminds me of something Steve Jobs said to John Sculley (CEO of PepsiCo):

“Do you want to spend the rest of your life selling sugar water to children, or do you want a chance to change the world?”

Unfortunately for Jobs, Sculley took the job at Apple and fired Jobs the following year. Of course, Sculley ran the company into the ground and Jobs came back to save it.

After reading this blog post by Dr. Yoni Freedhoff, I decided to post this cartoon that appears in my book. Bottom line: there seems to be a "research study of the day". For the most part, it is a distraction for the dieter and person who is trying to live a healthy lifestyle.

The Center for Consumer Freedom is an "attack dog" organization that is against most, maybe all, efforts to assist with changing food policy. It is all about representing fast food, sugar, soda, and other food-related industries.

The organization actually has dossiers on people who are trying to change food policy. While I disagree with much of what it stands for, the cartoons at its site are very funny.

One of my all-time favorite cartoons.
